Meet Chris Olson

Ridgewell founder Chris Olson built his career in environments where preparation, accountability, and execution mattered.

Before founding Ridgewell, Chris served in executive operating and leadership roles in construction and hospitality. He has earned his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Chris’s background shaped the way Ridgewell operates today: hire good people, prepare them well, measure performance, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of the outcome.

Chris lives in North DFW (Argyle) with his wife and family. He founded Ridgewell with a long-term vision of building a company that is known for trust, professionalism, and exceptional execution.
